Licenses
Pollution Control Board
We are duly registered with the Central and Maharashtra Pollution Control Boards and have the Consent to Operate under Section 26 of the Water Act 1974 and under Section 21 of the Air Act 1981 and Authorization under Rule 6 of the Hazardous and Other Wastes Rules 2016.
Factory License
The Maharashtra Government has registered our unit and granted us due permission to operate our factory.
MSME
We are duly registered with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises under the Government of India and are classified under the National Industry Classification Code of 19201 - Production of liquid and gaseous fuels, illuminating oils, lubricating oils or greases or other products from crude petroleum or bituminous minerals.
Petroleum and Safety Organisation
We have been granted the license for operating a Mini-Petroleum refinery with distillation plant and the importation and storage of Class A, Class B and Class C of petroleum products.
Solvent License
We have been granted the permission to procure, strore and use upto 3500KL/month of various solvents.
